Terms of purchase
657 Oslo AS wants to make it easy, safe and free of unpleasant surprises when you are purchasing this course. Below you see our complete terms of purchase.
Withdrawal period for consumers and courses with a withdrawal deadline announced
For courses that are announced with a 14-day open purchase (right of withdrawal), this right of withdrawal applies from the date of purchase, unless we have announced that we give a 14-day withdrawal period from the course start date. If you wish to use the cancellation deadline, you must give us feedback before the cancellation deadline expires. We will refund your money within 1 week from the date your cancellation deadline is used. Return is made to the same account the money was paid from. Another cancellation period may apply if this is specified. If you do not give notice within the deadline, the right of withdrawal will expire and money will not be refunded.
We point out that the Right of Withdrawal Act only applies to consumers, and not a person who mainly trades as part of business activities. If you buy our courses / packages that are aimed at developing a business concept / market seeding, we consider that you shop as part of a business.
Deadline for business customers: Courses, consultations and member services
Our membership services, courses and consultations sold to the corporate market do not have a withdrawal period unless this has been stated by the seller or information about the withdrawal period has been provided during the purchase process / on the purchase page. Any withdrawal period will only apply in accordance with the conditions given on the purchase page or in the purchase process.
Guarantee
Any guarantees given in connection with the purchase of the product can only be used if the conditions for the guarantee are met and that written notice is given to us before the guarantee expires. If you wish to make use of any agreed guarantee, we ask you to document that you have completed your part of the agreement. When using the guarantee, all access to the course portal and associated services is stopped as a result of the refunded course amount.
Card payment
We accept Visa and MasterCard through our partners Paypal, Stripe and / or Simplero. All transactions are sent encrypted via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and are 100% secure. Card purchases are free of charge. If the agreed amounts / deductions are not authorized and payment is not made, the outstanding amounts will be sent on to invoicing and debt collection.
Partial payment and installment plan
A purchase made with an installment plan, either in writing or orally, is to be regarded as binding and must be paid in full by the expiry of the deadline. If installments are not paid within the agreed time, the outstanding amount will be sent on to invoicing and debt collection.
Sale to minors
If you are under 18, you must have permission from a guardian to order from us.

You buy access to the portal's content during the course period. 657 Oslo's products are protected by copyright. The product is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

657 Oslo offers individual course programs. Upon registration, you will receive a username and password, and a member profile for use during the course and in the private member portal. If you want to take a course with a business partner or partner, each individual must purchase the course individually. If you want an assistant or an entire group to take the course, a separate membership will have to be purchased for each participating member.
Confidentiality
We respect your privacy, and must insist that you respect the privacy of others who attend the course. Thus, this is a mutual agreement on confidentiality. We respect your confidential and confidential information and ideas, plans and trade secrets. Limitation of liability
657 Oslo and our partners disclaim all financial claims related to any of our websites, videos, newsletters, course portals or other content. We have done everything we can to ensure that the content is of high quality. By purchasing this course, you accept that you are fully responsible for your progress and results from participation in the course. We offer no guarantees about income or results. You are solely responsible for your actions, and your results depend on personal factors, including your skills, knowledge, ability, commitment, business acumen, network and financial situation, to name a few.
Cancellation and postponement
657 Oslo reserves the right to cancel or postpone the course due to reasons beyond 657 Oslo's control. In the event of a postponement from 657 Oslo's initiative, the course participant will be offered participation at a later date.
Limitation and liability
By purchasing this product, you agree that you use the company's services at your own risk, and that the program is an information service. You release the company and its employees, its partners and partners' employees from liability for any damages that may arise and for any claims that may arise in connection with agreements between the parties. You accept all possible risks, predictable or unpredictable.
Not public blackmail
In the event of a dispute between you and the company, you agree that the only arena for resolving such a dispute shall be communication between you and the company. You agree that you will not engage in any conduct or communication with any third party, public or private, that will result in public blackmail of the company.
Agreement
This agreement may not be transferred by either party.
Resignation
By purchasing this product, you agree that 657 Oslo may, in its sole discretion, terminate this agreement, and limit, suspend or terminate the customer's participation in the program without refund of the course fee, if the customer becomes disruptive to the company or other course participants. This also applies in the event of a breach of the terms.
Dispute resolution
If the dispute is not resolved first through negotiations between the parties, a disagreement or dispute in connection with this agreement may be sent to the conciliation board or the court.
Notice
Any notices of disagreement given by one of the parties to the other can be made by personal handover or by post, registered or certified with a receipt. The notice shall be sent to the parties at the addresses shown below.
Force Majeur
Is 657 Oslo or its partners prevented from delivering or make an obligatory re-delivery - or if the delivery obligation is unreasonably difficult due to work conflict or any other circumstances the parties cannot control, such as: fire, war, any military obligatory service of any kind, requisition, seizure, currency restrictions, riots, shortage of means of transport, general shortage of goods, restriction of the supply of power, as well as deficiencies or delays in deliveries from subcontractors or manufacturers as a result of such circumstances referred to in this section; 657 Oslo is exempt from all liability other than in complaint cases where 657 Oslo reimburses the purchase price of the defective item.
